Roles at PBC:
Laurie joined PBC is 2005 bringing with her a wide range of expertise in upper level financial management. As one of PBC’s Account Executives she handles contract negotiations and budget preparation for clients. She is instrumental in indirect rate development, contract close-outs, contract novations, cash flow, forecasting, business plan implementation and strategic analysis. Laurie also interfaces with Government audit agencies for our clients.
Previous Industry Experience:
Laurie has over twenty years experience in the area of accounting, contracts, and business management. She has been successful in the development of improved invoicing, job costing, contracts, and monthly reporting processes. She has experience in coaching/mentoring, resource management, team leadership, process improvement, publication of manuals and training materials, piloting new business expansion, successful mergers and the directing of accounting functions for start-up companies.
